It’s Not Over, LLC
It’s Not Over, LLC (the “Company”), including its coaches, contractors, and staff, provides faith-based coaching and educational services rooted in biblical principles. These services are designed to support personal growth, relational insight, and spiritual reflection. They are not clinical, medical, legal, or mental health services.
The Client understands and agrees that the Company and its coaches are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, attorneys, or other licensed professionals. Coaching services, including live sessions, group coaching, email coaching, written feedback, and retainer-based support, do not include diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of mental illness, emotional disorders, substance abuse, or medical conditions as defined by the American Psychiatric Association or any governing body.
Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or crisis intervention. The Client remains solely responsible for their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. If the Client is under the care of a licensed mental health professional, the Client is encouraged to inform that provider of their participation in coaching services.
The Company offers guidance consistent with Christian values and biblical wisdom; however, the Client acknowledges that personal application, decisions, and outcomes remain the Client’s responsibility. The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees that the Company and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any services, including email coaching or retainer-based support. In all cases, the Company’s total liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered up to the agreed termination date.
By booking, enrolling, or participating in any service offered by It’s Not Over, the Client affirms that they:
Are 18 years of age or older
Are participating of their own free will
Have read, understand, and agree to this Disclaimer and Waiver in full
EMAIL COACHING & RETAINER SERVICES DISCLOSURE
Email coaching and retainer-based services provide non-emergency, non-crisis guidance through written communication. Response times are not guaranteed and are not intended for urgent or emergency situations. Email coaching is not monitored continuously and should not be used for crisis support.
Clients experiencing thoughts of self-harm, harm to others, or acute emotional distress should immediately seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-REFUND POLICY
All payments, including sessions, packages, memberships, retainers, and email coaching fees, are non-refundable.
By scheduling or purchasing services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
No refunds are provided for cancellations, unused retainer time, or unused services, regardless of reason.
Payments reserve time, availability, and access to coaching support and are earned upon booking.
Live sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are considered a missed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, and no-shows result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit.
Retainer balances do not roll over beyond the agreed service period unless expressly stated in writing.
By completing your booking or enrollment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this No-Refund and Cancellation Policy.
